Executive Director

Eilish Villa Malone, Esq.

Eilish Villa Malone is an accomplished legal professional who is deeply
committed to anti-racist work and integrating principles of equity,
diversity, and inclusion into non-profit legal services. With a Juris Doctor
from Seattle University School of Law, her career is marked by strong
advocacy for the immigrant community; providing trauma-informed and
culturally competent legal support, particularly in immigration law matters
and with survivors of crime and violence. Eilish’s approach is profoundly
personal, shaped by her past experience as a survivor of domestic abuse and
current connection to the immigrant community through her beloved spouse,
extended family, and years as an immigrant rights activist. Her extensive
background in various legal roles has not only honed her expertise in
immigration law and advocacy, but also fueled her dedication to systemic
change and promoting equity. Eilish’s commitment extends beyond legal
advocacy;  she is actively involved in community outreach, educational
initiatives, and strategic planning, all aimed at fostering a more
inclusive, just, and equitable society for all. Eilish grew up in Seattle
and loves walks in the park, cats, books, her friends, and family.
